Services begin with documenting site conditions with state-of-the-art lidar instruments, capturing millions of points in three-dimensional surfaces within line-of-sight, resulting in a millimetre-accurate point cloud.
This non-destructive form of measurement captures surfaces up to 130m away from each scan point, meaning we document most site conditions from the safety of the ground and in a fraction of the time of conventional measurement methods.
When requirements are limited to verifying site conditions and your organization is comfortable working with point clouds, work can begin by importing into any modern CAD, BIM or model coordination platform. For non-technical stakeholders, a variety of free viewers are available upon request.
Point Cloud – The process of connecting individual site scans together into a single point cloud. This is the base deliverable for every project.
Surface inspection and modelling services turn point clouds into highly accurate, actionable data.
We create models from point clouds in various formats to help teams kick-start their projects. For BIM/CAD models, we offer a level of development of 300+. Mesh density is context specific and fully customizable.

We analyze surfaces (horizontal, vertical and every angle in between) for levelness, flatness, or slope – enabling informed decision-making, identifying and reducing risk, eliminating re-work, and reducing installation hours.
Comparison services are available for comparing a point cloud against a BIM model. For performance evaluation, we compare two point clouds documented at different date intervals to monitor deviation so corrective action can be taken before a failure state.
We configure reports to custom tolerances and testing standards, with histograms presenting the data as-is or in a pass/fail state.
